Great British Adventures this Easter

Bored? Now that the chocolatey fun of the Easter weekend is over, not sure what to do with yourself? We’ve talked to our friends at VisitEngland, and got a few good ideas here to pass the time - so have a read through and see if you can grasp any inspiration.


Tired of chocolate eggs? Well how about heading to the Dartmouth Steam Railway and Riverboat Company for their Easter Ice Cream Festival from 10th - 12th April. Eat ice cream, guess the mystery flavour, and take part in a lucky dip!  For more information head to their website.  

Fancy something a bit more energetic? At RHS Garden Harlow Carr in Harrogate, from 1st  - 15th April, families can take part in a range of challenging and fun activities including den building, bush craft and the chance to learn survival skills!


Too much rain to contemplate leaving your cosy sofa? Why not start planning ahead? You’ve probably all seen Rupert Grint and Stephen Fry  talking about Britain on the TV  - and its true, there are some great offers out there for 2012!
